•      1.能够掌握四会单词——1-6月份的名称并能正确书写其缩写形式。
•      2.能用When is…? It’s in….句型询问并回答节日所在的月份。
•      3.能听、说、认读有关表示节日的短语，如：New Year’s Day, Tree Planting Day, Children’s Day, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day。
•      4.能听、说、认读有关表示学校活动的短语，如：Easter , party, singing contest, school trip, sports meet。

•      1.重点：1-6月份的认读及其书写形式，句子When is…? It is in…的使用。
•       2.难点：月份的读音和它们的缩写形式。

     录音机、多媒体课件、月份卡片、四季卡片等。

2. 师生对话。

3. 教师出示节日图片，问：“When is…? In spring ,summer, autumn or winter?

然后将表示春、夏、秋、冬的图片贴在黑板上，让学生回答各个节日在哪个季节。

• 1.词汇教学。

     T: We know there are four seasons in a year. But how many months are there in a year? Ss: 12. T: Now, we’ll learn it.

    T: Look at the school calendar. What holidays can you see?

    Ss: I can see New Year’s Day.

    T: When is New Year’s Day? Ss: It’s in January.

   课件呈现一月的图，教师板书January(Jan.),学生拼读并书空。教师领读：January, January, it’s cold in January.

   T: When is the winter vacation? Ss: It’s in January.

   T:But sometimes it’s in February.板书February（Feb.）

   教师领读：

         February, February, it’s cold in February.然后在单词一月和二月前贴上“雪花”贴纸，表示冬季。

1. 用同样的方法教授March, April和May。

     T: When is Tree Planting Day? Ss: It’s in March

     T: Do you know Easter party? It’s a western holiday. It’s in spring. Friends give colourful eggs to each other. It’s in April.(出示课件)

     T: When is the sports meet? Ss: It’s in April.

     T: When is May Day? Ss: It’s in May.

     T: When is the Mother’s Day? Ss: It’s in May.

    T: When is the singing contest? Ss: It’s in May.

    T: When is the school trip? Ss: It’s in May.

    T: Is it warm in March, April and May?

   S:Yes, because March, April and May are in Spring.

   在这三个单词前贴上花朵表示春季。

  (1)用同样的方法教授June。

   T: When is Children’s Day? Ss: It’s in June.

   T: Is it cold in June ? Ss: …

   T: Do you know which season it is in?

   在单词June前贴上太阳，表示夏季。

  (4) 播放Let’s learn录音，学生听，跟读课文。

  (5)游戏——What’s missing?

  教师快速隐去其中一张卡片，让学生说出所缺的单词。

•       1. Read and say

要求学生读一读Read and say部分的句子，然后判断这些句子是否正确，如果不正确，请模仿例句进行改正。

2. 游戏——对号入座

教师手里拿着几张节日的卡片，并让五个学生上台手持月份单词卡片，然后再请几个学生上台抽取节日卡片，台下其余学生看卡片发问，台上学生逐一回答节日所在月份，并迅速跑向该节日所在的月份处。就台上的卡片，再集体进行问答训练。
