Work in pairs. Talk about the ways to go to a city that you like to visit.

Step 2 Pre-reading
Show the map of the railway from London to Paris and Amsterdam
Have students write down the means of transport below the pictures in Activity 2
Have students guess what way is the most expensive and what is the least expensive

Step 3 While-reading
Analyze the structure of the passage
Ask students to read the passage quickly and underline the means of transport when they find it. Then number the pictures from the most expensive to the least expensive.
Read the passage again and complete the table in Activity 3 on Page 29.
