一年级下册Unit 1 Look and see 教学设计
教材分析
本教材是根据牛津英语(上海版)略加改编的义务教育教科书。在上学期,学生已经学习了一些动物名称,数词(1-10)、颜色和大小胖瘦高矮等形容词,还接触到What can you see? I can see…结构。本课主要学习四个动物名称(frog, rabbit, bee, bird), 同时联系上学期学过的颜色和大小胖瘦等形容词,对所见的动物进行拓展描述。
学生分析
一年级学生活泼好动,好奇心强,喜欢动物,能积极参与感兴趣的课堂活动,但有意注意持续时间短,需要教师采取形式多样的活动,以维持较高的课堂参与度。
教学目标和要求
能准确朗读四个动物名称。
能用I can see…说出自己看到的动物。
能用I am a… I am … 拓展描述动物的外貌特征。
教学重点和难点
兔子rabbit 的读音(注意与rubber的区分)。
单词的尾音。
描述动物的外貌特征。

教学步骤
Step 1. Warming-up
Enjoy a song
Ask: What colours can you see? Review the names of colours learned in the last term.
Listen to a piece of video to review the animal words learned last term and help lead in the new words. Asking:
What can you see? I can see…
What’s this? It’s a / an … It’s … It goes…
Step 2. Presentation & practice
Lead in and teach the new words
Asking: What can you see? (I can see a rabbit. It’s white. etc)
Listen to the tape, repeat, read and imitate the pronunciations and actions of the animals. Make sure they can read the words correctly, esp, rabbit and frog.
Watch and guess to practice the words: What’s missing?
3. Guess the animal by looking at parts of the word cards: What can you see? I can see a …
4. Listen to the rhyme on Student’s Book page 5.
One, two, three, I am a bee.
Four, five, I am a bird.
Six, seven, eight, I am a rabbit.
Nine, ten, I am a frog.
Invite some children to act out the rhyme in the front. Then act out in pairs.
Let’s act
Invite some children to act out their favourite animals in the front, saying: I am a frog. I am green. I am small. etc.
Do the same work in groups of four.
