一、概述
本单元的教学重点是询问并回答未来几天或周末的活动安排,主要句型是What are you going to do? I’m going to…要求学生能够对句型中的具体信息进行替换,并能使用其他疑问词,如Where ,When等来替换,获得进一步的信息。六年级的学生,在五年级下册的时候已经学过现在进行时,以前已经学过一般现在时,在此基础上开始接触be going to…句型,应该对它的语法功能和意义都有所了解,应该让学生在相对真实的情境中操练句型,然后在反复的操练中感悟体会出语法功能并总结出来.本课时要求学生掌握主要句型What are you going to do? I’m going to…,在培养学生的听说能力和交际能力的教学理念指导下,教师根据教学任务,设计了情境创设、任务呈现、任务完成、拓展阅读等几个教学活动,让学生带着任务、带着问题在模拟的情境中自主、自然地运用语言,并根据自己的实际情况,拓展学习相关的内容,使每个学生都能不同程度地发展自己的能力。

5. 利用拓展资源,通过文本扩展听读,培养学生的实际语言听读能力和理解能力,使每个学生在听说读写不同程度都得到发展。
三、教学重、难点分析
1.本课时的教学重点是学生能准确、自如地运用(并会书写)be going to do句型描述自己的活动计划与他人进行交流。
2.本课时的教学难点是听、说、读、写四会掌握句型:What are you going to do on the weekend? I’m going to visit my grandparents this weekend.
四、课前准备
1.教师准备一张当地的简明旅游图。2.学生以四人为一小组准备当地的简明旅游图。
3.教学课件。五、教学步骤和建议
1.Step Ⅰ. Warm –up(1)教师课前放歌曲"What Are You Going to Do?"
(2)教师示范介绍自己一天的活动安排:Today is Friday. Tomorrow is Saturday. I am going to visit my grandparent on Saturday morning. I am going to ……on Saturday afternoon. I am going to ……on Sunday morning. I am going to ……on Sunday afternoon. I am going to have a busy weekend. What about you?
学生对自己的周末活动做出详细安排,并以表格形式写出。

学生根据自己设计的表格向其他学生介绍自己一天的活动安排.
(3)两人一组根据自己的表格展开对话,询问对方的周末计划。
设计意图:在一开始上课的时候,我们通过Sing a song(这首歌与本节课主题相关)欢快的节奏引起学生的兴趣, 把学生带入欢快的英语世界。接下来的Free talk: my weekend创设学习英语的氛围,引入本课的学习.
StepⅡ. Presentation
1. Let' try
教师说:"The National Day is coming.I have a friend in Shanghai.What is she going to do? Let's listen to the tape and find out."教师放录音,学生听录音回答问题。①Where is she going ?
②How is she going there?
③Who is she going with? Is she happy?
⑤What is she going to buy?
播放第二遍录音,完成判断正误的练习。
Tick or cross:

2. Let's talk
(1)教师接着Let's try部分说:The girl is going to Beijing on the National Day.She's very happy.Let’s listen and find out:
What is John going to do?
(2)教师出示课件简明地图,并圈出John所在位置,说:"John is going to visit grandparents. (教师指着地图中 的位置问: Is it far?"学生回答:"Yes,it is far.'教师再问:"How can he get there?"引导学生回答:"By train."。
(3)教师放Let's talk部分的录音,学生跟读。
(4)出示key points让学生创编对话。
教师与学生进行如下对话:
T:What are you going to do on the weekend/tomorrow morning/this Sunday?
S:I'm going to …….T:Is it far?
S:Yes,it is.:So I'm going by bus/car/subway.
T:Have a nice day/morning!(4) T: Oh, he is going to Hangzhou. Where are you going ?
S: I am going to……..
出示key points让学生创编对话,师生示范。
T: Where are you going on the weekend?
S: I am going to the ….
T:What are you going to ……?
S: I am going to …….
T:Is it far?
S:Yes,it is.So I am going by……
T: When are you going?
S:I am going ……. What about you?
T: …….
设计意图:英语新课程标准倡导用“任务型”教学途径,培养学生综合语言运用能力。在新授课部分,教师为学生设置不同的任务,让学生在任务的驱动下,在教师的指导下,借助网络资源,通过自主听读顺利的完成了学习任务。而后在学习对话的基础上,通过教师示范、俩俩对话等,掌握了本课的句型,在言语中交际,从而体会到学习的成功感。
StepⅢ. Extension。

Now let’s listen and find out: What is Zoom going to do?
播放小故事,让学生带着问题去听。第二遍播放小故事,让学生跟读,通过zoom学游泳的故事让学生明白 Learn by doing.的道理。
设计意图:学生对于图文并茂的故事比较感兴趣。因此,让学生进入课件,学习故事,并通过问题提示帮助学生理解故事,为他们扫除学习中的障碍,为培养学生用英语交际的能力进一步做好铺垫。

阅读课文,让学生独立完成Liu Yun’s weekend plan.
最后教师通过教学媒体资源把Liu Yun’s weekend plan 的图表呈现给学生。
3. "最佳小导游"
Liu Yun is going to have a busy weekend. Some foreigners are coming to Fengning. 课件出示丰宁旅游图,然后教师布置任务Now you are a tour guide.Please write a schedule for this weekend.
See who can design the best schedule for them.师生可先就旅游景点自由会话如:"Where is it? How do you go there?"等。学生先在课文表格中写出自己的活动设计,并在小组内进行表述。组内推选出一名"最佳小导游".
设计意图: 通过创设外国朋友来丰宁旅游的情景,让学生扮演小导游,并分组表述, 在言语中交际,培养学生用英语交际的能力.

设计意图:引导学生说一说自己的理想,让学生明白No dreams, no future.的道理,对学生进行情感教育,并为了自己的梦想而努力!
